Took my car for brake replacement during this community quarantine and was NOT disappointed with the service not only for my car but also for the myself and everyone in the facility.

Very thankful for the vehicle pick up and return service during these difficult times. Without it my car would have been more overdo for scheduled service than it already is, and I would have had a difficult time getting it there and picking it up. On top of that, excellent work as usual.

Thoughtful, careful, expert. Good communicators. I’ve been at Swede Masters Customer for over 10 years, and have learned to trust them, to do sensible things, and to inform me about any trade-offs. From important decisions two trivial ones, they are always thoughtful and supportive. They’ve kept my 960 running smoothly for over a decade.

Karen at the front desk is ALLWAYS good on notifications.There isn't any unneccessary up sells, timely, and good quality work.

I have been using SwedeMasters to maintain my 2010 Volvo S80 since moving to Santa Barbara a couple of years ago. The do excellent work at reasonable rates. I intend to keep this car as long as possible and will continue to use them for all of my maintenance and repair needs.

Swedemasters always does what I ask and they also make preventative suggestions. Super service oriented business.
