I was driving through Santa Barbara on the 101 when I noticed a rattling noise underneath my Volvo. I called up the shop and Tim was very kind in letting me know I could bring it in and he could have a quick look. He figured out one of the panels underneath the car had some loose bolts. He tightened them right up and got us on our way in no time. Very kind man, excellent service. Was much appreciated. Overall, the shop has a great vibe. Quality people doing quality work.

It is very rare to find an auto service enterprise that is so competent and experienced while being very customer-focused and fairly priced. Tim and his team did a super comprehensive service on my unicorn 2010 V50 R-Type T5 AWD 6-speed manual, and with 208K miles it now drives like it was brand new. Love this car. Tim is very communicative, listens carefully, and explains his perspective and approach. His team also found some things I hadn't anticipated that contributed to the very high quality of work. I was so pleased I brought in our newer Volvo for service when I picked up my V50 and was just as happy with the troubleshooting procedure on that car.
