Swede Masters BMW SAAB VOLVO , an auto repair shop in Santa Barbara on Salsipuedes Street, is a gracious gift to owners of any of these cars that need service and repair. I own and drive a much beloved BMW that received from owner Tim Kitt and his talented staff the finest set of repairs I could have hoped for. In three visits. Tim and his team found and fixed a vital range of problems that my car had exhibited for months and in some cases years. They fixed my cars oxygen sensor, air filter, ventilation filter, air conditioning, windshield washer, oil hose, and malfunctioning door locks. This shop has the best mechanics I have ever been lucky enough to have care for my beloved stick shift Beemer.

Tim is incredible...he did superb work on my Volvos years ago. I've searched for a mechanic to diagnose my 2011 Saab 9-5 NG for quite awhile. The usual answer is "we don't have a scanner to read the codes". Tim's scanner read my codes, and allayed my fears that I most likely have a smaller problem instead of a big one. He also provided a resource so I can move my software issue forward. He also pinpointed a suspected brake body control module for future fix. He read my tome, listened, asked questions, test-drove the car more than once, educated me on the result, then provided a detailed assessment of his work. I'm elated! And, as others have said before, beyond Tim's deep expertise, he's also a heckuva nice guy. Wish I'd remembered Swedemasters sooner. Thanks Tim and Karen -- "I'll be back". gary

Swede Masters has been my goto for my 2001 Volvo for many yrs, for both minor and major work.

I only have praise for the wonderful way that I was treated and the excellent work repairing my car. I have been a customer for years, and I plan to remain a customer as long as I am driving Volvos.

I have used Swedemaster for 18 years since owning my Volvo and have always been pleased with both the quality of repair and the quality of service. Tim and Karen are wonderful and knowledgeable and take the time to listen and suggest options for repair. The work is done on time and promptly and I have never had any needed followup repairs for work previously done.
