Always take my Volvos to trusty Swedemasters for service and repairs. Today I took one for the California Smog Test. It was fast and painless. I will continue to do this with all my other cars.
My Volvo needed a new battery. I was able to get scheduled for early the next day, and installation took less than a half hour. As always, very professional, friendly service and very clean premises.
The up to the date knowledge and professionalism of Tim and his staff are extraordinary. Their ability to determine the problem and fix it quickly and at a very reasonable cost should convince anyone owning a Volvo to take it here since the dealerships are over an hour drive each way from Santa Barbara.
Always great friendly service
Excellent service as always. Total trust in owner & mechanics. I wish I would have found Swedemasters 36 years ago when I bought my first Volvo! I have been using Swedemasters since about 2009 and have always had the same level of trust and reliability and honesty in the business, especially the owner Tim.
I have been with Swedemasters for years and wouldn't go anywhere else with my Volvo. Their service is thorough, efficient, and fair. Add to that friendliness and consideration, safety measures in place for Covid requirements, and a spotless shop.
Outstanding service. Excellent customer communications. Honest, reliable and friendly. You can rarely find a business so gracious to their customer. Tim is tops!
Always dependable service for our 2006 V50. We've got 128,000 miles on the car and are very happy with Tim and his technicians any time we need their help and expertize. It is always nice to have the car washed too before picking it up.
My check engine light went on and I headed to Swedemasters. They fit me in and I was good to go in a couple of hours. I always appreciate how responsive and efficient they are. So glad to have excellent Volvo servicing available in S.B.!
Tim Kitt has provided absolutely excellent, excellent service over the many years I have been taking my 2002 SAAB to him, whether for regular maintenance or for the more major needs of an aging car. Thanks to Tim, I seldom remember that I am driving an 18-year-old car.
