I have been a client at Swedemasters for years and I am always impressed by the service, efficiency and communication I receive there. Lately, I had a difficult problem that had to be solved. The owner, Tim, worked on my car for several days and put in extra time to solve the problem. It was clear that he put in a large number of hours to solve the ‘mystery’ problem. He really worked tirelessly on it and once resolved, he only charged me for a small number of hours. His attention to detail and hard work was impressive and he went far beyond what any mechanic shop would normally do. I can’t think of a better place to continue to have my car serviced than here. Kudos to Tim and his team.

Everyone is always so helpful at Swede Masters. They will always fix big and small issues as quickly as possible and get me rolling again. Thank you to a great team.

Worked magic on my XC90. I was having revving and stalling issues and was going to sell i….but they made it run like new and it has been dependable and stress free for a couple years now 😊. Thank you!

Per usual, excellent job at a fair price. I don't know what I would do without Tim and team. Being an owner of 2 old Volvos, it gives me great relief to have such an excellent repair shop at hand. Tim is honest and never tries to upsell. He will honestly tell you what is wrong with your car and do all he can to help those of us with limited funds (i.e. after-market parts if available, which are always top notch). Swedemasters is the finest Volvo shop I've ever had experience with, and that is saying a lot as I've owned 5 Volvos and lived in various cities with my cars. Thanks again Team Tim! My late model Volvo had a software glitch. The team at Swede Masters determined that with their technology (same as the dealer's service dept) they could likely fix the problem but there was a chance the fix could damage the hardware, potentially leaving me on the hook. Therefore, they advised me to have it repaired at the dealer, under warranty. Their transparency and honesty are appreciated and I will return for non-warranty issues! Now it's the 100 mile trek to the dealer. Sad I can't do it local, but those parts can be expensive!
