Tim and his crew are always great. Very efficient, issues clearly explained and solved quickly. I have been with Swedemasters for a number of years and I have always been extremely satisfied.

Our Volvo C30 decided to lose some coolant as we arrived at our hotel in Santa Barbara. A hotel employee, highly recommended SwedeMasters. When I rolled up the next day out of the blue, Tim, the proprietor, sprung to immediate action and within 20 minutes we were on our way again with a replaced expansion tank. I was expecting to have to leave the car there or even bring it back later. I couldn’t have received friendlier, faster and more competent service.

Karen and Armondo are great and provide personal service. Always accommodating. Have used Swede Masters for years.

I waited while the service was done and it was done in less than an hour. It was easy to make an appointment and the reminder was by email.

Karen kept me informed from beginning to end. She's very good with people and she knows her car stuff. Once the mechanics had figured out why my engine light was on, she told me what they'd found and what it would cost to fix it, along with the 10k maintenance I'd requested. When the car was ready (in less time than I'd anticipated), she called to let me know. When I got there, she explained everything I was paying for. I'm happy to feel safe in my car again. And some more good news: I won't need new tires for a year.
