I realized again, today, while driving downtown that my AC wasn't blowing cool air. I was near Swede Masters so decided to stop in for a lesson on how to operate it, convinced that the problem was with me, not the car. Karen took the driver's seat to give me a lesson, and I sat shotgun and paid attention. It soon became clear to us both that something was truly wrong with my AC. As luck had it, one of the mechanics was able to hook my car up to a machine on the spot. Once he had a diagnosis, the plan was for me to make an appointment and return for the repair. An hour and one-half later and after paying a very reasonable service charge, I was back on the road with my AC fully functioning, How could I beat that?

I have been a client at Swedemasters for years and I am always impressed by the service, efficiency and communication I receive there. Lately, I had a difficult problem that had to be solved. The owner, Tim, worked on my car for several days and put in extra time to solve the problem. It was clear that he put in a large number of hours to solve the ‘mystery’ problem. He really worked tirelessly on it and once resolved, he only charged me for a small number of hours. His attention to detail and hard work was impressive and he went far beyond what any mechanic shop would normally do. I can’t think of a better place to continue to have my car serviced than here. Kudos to Tim and his team.
