After an oil change, I took my XC60 to have the radio looked at. I was quoted over $700 to have the software loaded (i would be liable for the cost if it did not work). This was contrary to several dealers, parts suppliers, and other reputable independent Volvo shops that said it was plug and play (as long as part no. matches, they do)! Sketchy practices!

Tim is incredible...he did superb work on my Volvos years ago. I've searched for a mechanic to diagnose my 2011 Saab 9-5 NG for quite awhile. The usual answer is "we don't have a scanner to read the codes". Tim's scanner read my codes, and allayed my fears that I most likely have a smaller problem instead of a big one. He also provided a resource so I can move my software issue forward. He also pinpointed a suspected brake body control module for future fix. He read my tome, listened, asked questions, test-drove the car more than once, educated me on the result, then provided a detailed assessment of his work. I'm elated! And, as others have said before, beyond Tim's deep expertise, he's also a heckuva nice guy. Wish I'd remembered Swedemasters sooner. Thanks Tim and Karen -- "I'll be back". gary

I have been going to Swedemasters for nearly 6 years for my Volvo’s servicing and repairs. Karen is wonderful and was able to get my car back up and running. They finished the repair faster than predicted and right on estimate! Definitely recommend!

I have used SwedeMasters for service on my Volvo for years. Tim and Karen have always been efficient and friendly and great in getting the car done when they say it will be ready. Their mechanics are tops and have never once had to return the car for any reason after it has been worked on. I wouldn't about taking it elsewhere
