Swedemasters came through again! My Volvo was rough and noisy, and I feared the worst (for my 17-year-old car). Karen got me in the same day I called, and they determined that a top engine mount was the culprit. As soon as they got the parts on the next day (even during the Thomas Fire delayed transportation), Karen called me in the morning and Tim's crew got the work done (including new headlight) before 2pm. Car drives like it's new now. Thank you, Tim, mechanics, and your new Office Manager Karen!
