Swedemasters have been my go to mechanic ever since I moved to Santa Barbara. They have done extensive work on my Saab 9-3 2000 and they have done an amazing job through and through. Excellent customer service, honest, quick but thorough in their work. Best mechanic in Santa Barbara.

The service engine came on after an altercation with a rock that damaged some areas of the under carriage. We took it to Swedemasters without an appointment and we had the car back in working order within a couple days. We have used Swedemasters for many years and are very satisfied with their service. Also we appreciate the car wash also.

Respectful of my time and the requirements of car maintenance

They know the cars that they service and all the idiosyncrasy that develop, comforting to know yours is not the first one that had that problem.

I have had an intermittent problem and the mechanics have worked diligently to figure it out. A couple of sensors were replaced and helped but did not resolve the problem. As they were under warranty, Swedemaster's replaced both and that has seemed to correct the problem. I appreciated the concern to keep at the problem until it was resolved and speaking directly to the mechanic was useful.

Have been taking my car here to be serviced since the Volvo dealership closed in Santa Barbara. It is always a pleasure to do so- I feel I have been fairly treated and am happy they are in business!

Tim has taken great care of my Volvo for the past 2 years. His staff is courteous and professional. They are proactive in reaching out to keep my car in top condition. Well done Swede Master.

Had my 2003 Volvo S80 towed here after another shop couldn’t deal with it. I experienced excellent service and attention. Of course, this comes at a cost. I paid for the diagnostics and time spent (not cheap) but felt that the costs were legit. Turns out the quote to fix the car was way more than my threshold of being worthwhile and I’m giving it up for salvage. Sad, but I felt compassion from Karen. Thanks.
