Being a single women on a modest income, living in one of the most expensive cities in the country, and with little knowledge about cars, it's very difficult for me to trust, have time for, and afford the services of an auto mechanic. Despite all of that, I've learned that I can completely trust this team. That's never happened in my 24-year history of driving. It's comforting to know that when you leave your car with them, everything will be handled honestly and respectfully. Their Office Manager, Karen, has the patience of a saint and clearly communicates technical issues to someone who knows virtually nothing about cars. They're worth every penny.

Check engine light came on. Without appointment left our car for diagnosis and repair. It was done in a few hours. As always the car was washed.

I recently had my Volvo C70 in for what I suspected was a brakes related issue. Not being that familiar with auto mechanics, I mentioned the symptoms to 2 "car guy" friends. They both told me I might be taken advantage of since I was a woman, and would would more than likely not get away with anything less than a full brake replacement or more, from a service garage. I told them I trusted SwedeMasters from past experience. Turns out I was informed I needed only front rotors and that my brake pads did not need replaced at this time. I've always been quite pleased with the service I've received at SwedeMasters, including personal customer service from Kit, Karen, and transportation to work by Francisco. Kit went above and beyond in helping me link my phone to my hands-free option after I was unable to do so. Picking up my car and finding it clean and washed after service is so appreciated too!
