The service engine came on after an altercation with a rock that damaged some areas of the under carriage. We took it to Swedemasters without an appointment and we had the car back in working order within a couple days. We have used Swedemasters for many years and are very satisfied with their service. Also we appreciate the car wash also.

Respectful of my time and the requirements of car maintenance

They know the cars that they service and all the idiosyncrasy that develop, comforting to know yours is not the first one that had that problem.

I have had an intermittent problem and the mechanics have worked diligently to figure it out. A couple of sensors were replaced and helped but did not resolve the problem. As they were under warranty, Swedemaster's replaced both and that has seemed to correct the problem. I appreciated the concern to keep at the problem until it was resolved and speaking directly to the mechanic was useful.
