Having worked in the auto service sector for 20 years I have strong opinions about the correct way to treat customer's. If ownership did not allow me to treat my customers like family I sought employment elsewhere. Tim and Karen provide skilled service that is fairly priced and make recommendations (without "hardsell') that will extend the life or enhance the performance of my vehicles. This kind of service inspires me to recommend them to freinds and family.
