The mechanics are excellent and the work timely and thorough. I have been a customer for a couple of years and they have always performed excellent work on BMW. My only criticism is that the hours used to be longer and I used to speak with the owner directly about my car. The shop now opens at 8 am instead of 7:30 am and closes around 5 pm instead of 5:30 pm. This makes it difficult to arrange transportation to arrive at work and leave work that fits into a common work schedule.
