As always, very helpful, listens to your concerns regarding unusual noises, etc, and explains results of your service and all charges. Even cleaned my windows which I love since I have a hard time doing that myself. I said as always - as this is my 3rd or 4th service. Will continue to use Timothy and his mechanics.
